TN-TD2202 is a special high-voltage power supply for electrostatic electret equipment in the melt-blown nonwoven industry. Adopt digital control mode, full abnormal slow start, nanosecond arc-response ability to ensure the melt-blown production line is fault-free and long-term operation The high stability can make the ionization effect more stable. The customer feedback of the TD2202 series high voltage power supply equipment can reach the BFE99 standard.

Manual mode

v  Front   panel of power supply: the power supply has its own rotary encoder, which can   set the output voltage / current from 0 to the rated value.

v  External   analog control: An external 0 to 10V control signal can set the output from 0   to rated value.

v  Digital   communication control: the output can be set from 0 to rated value according   to standard communication protocol through RS-485 communication interface.

One-click operation

In one-key operation mode, the power   supply will work with relatively good voltage and current. At this time, the   operating parameters are not fixed and will automatically change with the   environment. If the effect is not good, you can cancel this function and use   manual mode to manually adjust the voltage and current

High-speed mode

The power supply has enabled this mode   by default. In this mode, the power supply will work at the fastest exception   handling speed to avoid the exception handling that is too slow and leads to   an increase in product defect rate.

No-melt mode (under development

Press and hold to light up to start   the non-melting hole mode. This mode will make the power supply work in an   intelligent judgment state, which can avoid some ignition situations.

Abnormal self judgment

Intelligent exception judgment   processing, in the case of such abnormalities as over-voltage, over-current,   short circuit, arcing and overheating, will choose its own working mode.

Parameter self test

This function is suitable for the   debugger to use this device for the first time. Long press this button until   the voltage has no obvious fluctuation. Release this button, then the voltage   and current at this time are the reference working parameters.

The recessed plastic insulated conduit   and the high-voltage cable penetrated are connected by a 16mm / 28mm diameter   metal connector. The total length of standard high-voltage cable is 2m (other   lengths can be customized).
